Delete your Adorify account
Adorify is an app by Motech Software LLC. This page explains how to delete your Adorify account and the data that goes with it.
The fastest way: in the app

Open Adorify.
Go to Account › Delete account.
Confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. No email, no waiting, no extra checks — you are already signed in, so we know it's you.
No longer have the app?
We strongly recommend reinstalling Adorify for a minute and using Account › Delete account: it is instant. If you can't or don't want to, you can ask us instead.

Delete online with your phone number. Soon you’ll be able to confirm with a code sent to your phone and delete your account right here.
Until then, email us:
Write to info@motech.software with the subject “Delete my Adorify account”.
Include the phone number linked to your account, with the country code.
We’ll send a confirmation code to that number by SMS. Reply to our email with the code.
Once you’ve confirmed, we delete your account within 30 days. The SMS check makes sure nobody can delete an account that isn’t theirs.
What happens to your data?
Deleting your account deletes your account, phone number, photos, videos and coins. Unused coins are lost. Deletion is permanent, so save any video you want to keep first.
We keep only a scrambled copy of your phone number (to stop free-coin abuse), purchase records (required by law) and messages you sent to support, each for a limited time. The details and retention periods are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
